Administration
Information for visitors
Information for visitors, please consider the following norms:
- Keep your peace of mind
- You can not visit more than two visitors at the same time with the patient
- After completion of the operation, the medical staff of the company will provide you with appropriate and comprehensive information on the patient's health condition and treatment
- Patient can not see at least 24 hours after the operation, except for exceptional exclusion
- In case of patient's consent, only his family members can get detailed medical information about his / her health status. In special cases the issue is discussed individually, in agreement with the company's medical manager
- A visit to a patient should be short-lived, not more than 15 minutes
- Bringing of alcoholic beverages, medicines, or drugs of any kind and manufacturer of drugs in the company is categorically prohibited.
- The first floor of the Patient's Meal-Clinic is located in a café where you can order as usual as well as dietary menu.
- We don't smoke cigarette at area throughout the clinic.
- Special boxes are available for you for comments and suggestions, please share the impressions.
